Imagine my surprise when I read that I am to be without metal. Luckily I have some casual slacks that I purchased to jump out of a plane, I am assuming that my extensive CD collection can remain untouched?

That Floating Head Feeling
Tomorrow I am going for a brain scan. They intend to put me in a tunnel and fire non-ionising radiation at my skull. I am not really looking forward to it. The reason for this... my head feels like it wants to float away, even without stimulants. I hope that I didn't pick up a parasitic worm on my travels.

If I was a grasshopper, I could have been infected by a hairworm. Scientists say hairworms, which live inside grasshoppers, pump the insects with a cocktail of chemicals that makes them commit suicide by leaping into water.
However, I am not a grasshopper, nor am I a Shaolin Monk.
